Phase 1: REALIZE
Who are you?
In this phase we establish the coaching relationship, build safety and trust, and help you develop insight into how your experiences, personal and professional, have shaped your strengths, your beliefs, and your challenges. This is where we look at who you are and how you got here. Tools: Wheel of Life, VIA Character Assessment, Values inventory, Trauma basics, Self-regulation, Grounding exercises
Phase 2: RECOGNIZE
Where are you going?
In this phase, you develop a leadership statement, identify what you want to work on, and set goals related to your growth. Tools: The Principles of Trauma-Informed Care, Reflective journaling, Self-care assessment and planning, SMART goals, habit tracking, accountability
Phase 3: RESPOND
Building New Skills
As you begin to embody your leadership statement, we develop individualized tools and strategies related to your successes and challenges: boundaries, decision-making, feedback conversations, regulation, and resilience. Tools: Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, burnout prevention, de-escalation and conflict navigation
Phase 4: REINTEGRATE
Sustaining Growth
The final phase is about integration and sustainability. We examine the systems, environments, and relationships around you, and we and make sure your growth has somewhere to live. You'll leave with a clear vision, a personalized leadership framework, and the self-knowledge to keep growing long after our work together ends.
