Price Transparency:
Trustworthiness and transparency are core principles of trauma-informed care, and at TIW Consulting, that commitment extends to how we talk about cost. We cannot credibly ask organizations to practice honesty and predictability with their teams while withholding the basic information clients need to make a decision about working with us.
Nonprofit Rates:
We know nonprofit budgets are often stretched thin by the same systemic pressures that make trauma-informed leadership so necessary in the first place. Organizations with active 501(c)(3) status receive a 50% discount off all group training and coaching rates listed above. We believe the people doing this work deserve access to it, regardless of budget.
Travel:
All virtual trainings and those delivered within Greenville County, South Carolina include travel at no additional cost. For engagements outside Greenville County, mileage is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate from our Greenville office, any necessary overnight accommodations are billed at cost with no markup, meals are billed at a flat $50/day per diem, and air travel, when required, is billed at cost for economy-class fare. Travel costs are always confirmed in writing before a contract is signed, so there are no surprises on the final invoice. One-on-one consulting and coaching is available in person within the city of Greenville only; clients outside Greenville are seen virtually.
