We create and deliver unique professional development experiences that engage and stick. Our offerings are created for your team: not generic, not AI slop, and not another good-intentioned yap to sit through and forget by Monday. We listen to our clients and learn about their needs, goals, and challenges. We then prepare a proposal for your custom professional development program and eagerly await your feedback.

Because of our commitment to content individualization, we can’t provide standard pricing, but we’ve published a range.

Leadership Coaching

Eight Sessions : $1,100
Twelve Sessions : $1,500
Additional Sessions : $120/hour

  3. Review Proposal. We create a custom consulting proposal based on what matters most to your team. You provide feedback or approval.

  4. Sign our services agreement.

  5. Make your first payment.

  6. Schedule trainings and services.
